Rangeresqe ® is sensitive to the private nature of information you provide to us over the Internet. As special operations veterans we understand the need for operational security. Our Privacy Policy is designed to maximize your ability to protect your personal, private information while at the same time giving you the opportunity to obtain interesting and useful information, products and services. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat information received about you when you request a information, place an order, or join our e-mailing list. Please read our Privacy policy carefully. Also, please be aware that our company may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post any changes, so be sure to check back here periodically.
Information -- How We Get It and How We Use It
When you sign in to our system, place an order, or join our e-mailing list, you will be providing personal information to Rangeresqe. Personal information includes your name, phone number, address, e-mail address, and other information by which you are personally identified.
We also collect usage information from you when you visit us. Web site usage information is not personally identifiable information. It describes how our web site is used and navigated, including the number and frequency of visitors to each web page and the length of their stay. Website usage information also includes the domain names of browsers that visit our web site, time of day the web site was visited and other non-personally identifiable information.
The information that you give us and information about your order may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources. This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient. This information may also be shared with other marketers to bring you offers of interest. Rangeresqe will not trade your information with anyone ever.
You may receive 1-2 emails annually to notify you of a special unless you opt not to, in which case we will honor your request immediately.

Shipping
Rangeresqe may ship via Fed-Ex Ground, Priority Mail, UPS, or USPS. Fed-Ex will not ship to APO or PO boxes. Our shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. Since we sell many rifle cases and other large dimensional items, we base our shipping on the sub-total of your order. We offer standard shipping up to $200. Orders over $200 shipping is free. Shipments may arrive within 3-5 days, but please allow up to 10-12 business days for delivery. Many items in our portfolio are special order items. If you need rush delivery, contact us for product availability. Once an item is processed (usually within 48 hours) we will not post refunds because of shipping delays.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES
Orders placed outside of the 48 contiguous states may require additional shipping depending on your location. Usually, Hawaii and Alaska shipping rates are the same unless larger items are purchased. If the rates are different, we will email or call you to get approval for the additional shipping charge. All international orders that we do process will be charged a $10 fee upfront to cover additional customs paperwork, international banking fees and to verify the address of the credit card. This is in addition to regular shipping charges.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt if it is damaged during shipping. We will not accept returns for another size. Many items in our portfolio are special order items meaning we retain the right to deny the order and post a refund if required End User certificates are not included. You must contact Rangeresqe prior to return to receive an authorization number before you ship to us. We may also be able to trouble-shoot any problems you are experiencing with your product. Because we carry the finest high-end products, many of our products carry an excellent manufacture warranty. Please contact manufacture for details. Please include all original product packaging, a copy of the invoice, and a note explaining if you need to return a product. We are not responsible for lost merchandise in the mail hat has been sent back to us. We will refuse all COD's. Orders must be cancelled with 24 hours to avoid penalties and receive full refund.
Returned products may be assessed a 25% restocking fee. All products in non-saleable condition and all night vision products will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Special orders and customer damaged items cannot be returned. Exchanges are subject to a minimum $4.95 shipping fee. Refunds and credits will be handled within 3-4 weeks.
